A 31-year-old Indian farmer identified as Bussa Krishna has idolized the president of the United States (US) Donald Trump. It was reported that the farmer has been worshiping Trump’s picture for the past three years.
According to Oddity Central, Krishna hails from a remote village in Konne, India’s Telangana state and prays to a picture of Trump several times daily. He also makes special offerings with turmeric and flowers to the picture as he carries it everywhere he goes.
Due to this act, Krishna has been tagged a mentally challenged man by family and friends especially as he now hopes to build a temple in honor of the US president.
However, this incident reportedly came up following the killing of a software engineer from Telangana by a US Navy veteran. Krishna said: “I was very much pained at the incident. I thought the only way the US president and his people could understand the greatness of Indians is to display our love and affection towards them. That is why I started worshiping Trump with a hope that the prayers would reach him one day. I believe Indians can win over anyone with their spiritual powers. When you cannot take on a mighty person directly, you can win over him with love and worship and that is what I am doing.”
After being advised by some villagers to see a psychologist, Krishna disclosed that he is going nowhere because Trump is his god and he is not bothered about what people say. He also revealed his next plan to build a temple for Trump within three to six months.
However, the 31-year-old farmer reportedly knows nothing about Trump as he is a school dropout but said: “I only know that he is the most strong and invincible leader in the world. What I liked about him was his bold attitude. Since he took part in World Wrestling Federation (WWF) competitions, he must be very powerful. Nobody took me seriously and some people even called me a mad fellow, wondering how prayers in a remote village would reach Trump. But I have a strong faith in what I am doing.”
He further claimed that on June 19, President Trump sent him a message on Twitter which reads: “Krish from India is a very close friend of mine; out of the billions and billions of Indians, he is my favourite. He’s able to channel dragon energy from worshiping my photos; may be low-energy Jeb Bush should give it a try; I’d be happy send him a pic! See you soon Krish!”
This got him really happy and hopes the president will remember him whenever he comes visiting in India.
