A 16-year-old girl, on Sunday, reportedly committed suicide over her unfaithful boyfriend in Warri, Delta State.
Amid sketchy details, the teenager, identified as Blessing, drank a bottle of banned popular insecticide, ‘Sniper’ on Sunday morning at Arubayi Street, Warri.
Her lifeless body was reportedly found in the bathroom and was immediately taken to a nearby hospital where she was confirmed dead on arrival.
She was said to have unwillingly broken up with her boyfriend who was allegedly dating another girl.
It was gathered that the deceased had always threatened to kill herself over the infidelity of her randy boyfriend whose name could not be ascertained as of the time of filing the report.
