He graduated with a Second Class Upper Division in Law at the University of Exeter, United Kingdom.
The Governor himself, his wife, Eberechi, daughter, Jasmine, Oyo and Abia States Governors, Seyi Makinde and Okezie Ikpeazu, attended the graduation ceremony.
