A 23-year-old man hanged himself in Lagos and reportedly left behind a suicide note after committing the sad act in Police Barracks, Ikeja.S
The 23-year-old man who hanged himself was identified as Nasiru, and it was gathered that the police who came to evacuate his body stopped residents of area from reading the suicide note the deceased left behind.
