A mother has revealed the reason her baby’s school decided to cello-tape her legs to her shoes.
The mother who picked her daughter from school and found cello-tape holding her legs to her shoes was informed that the measure was taken because her daughter was always removing her shoes and socks in school.
She shared pictures of her daughter’s legs on her social media page with caption;
