Abuja man threatens to jump from mast if subsidy isn’t restored

A yet-to-be-identified man has climbed a broadcast mast on Katampe Hill in Abuja, threatening to jump unless his demands for the restoration of fuel subsidies and an end to insecurity are met.

He also called on Nigerians to join the protest in a letter he left behind.

He dropped a suicide note at the foot of the mast before climbing it.
