Brentford began their Premier League campaign with a 2-1 win over Crystal Palace at home on Sunday.
Brentford then took the lead through Bryan Mbuemo’s goal, which came after a well-executed move down the right flank.
Crystal Palace equalized in the 56th minute when Ethan Pinnock scored an own goal.
However, Brentford secured the win with 20 minutes remaining as Yoane Wissa scored a decisive goal, sealing the three points for his team.
