The Vice Chancellor of Delta State University (DELSU), has gifted his students N1000 each.
In a now trending video, the Vice Chancellor, Professor Andy Egwunyenga, made some students on campus really smile and excited as he gifted them the cash gift.
He was seen giving out the N1K notes to every student who came his way as he shared the money.
When his cash finished, his colleague also dashed out some more to others.
Social media users, have been singing his praises, saying he is a different VC.
