Rapper turned activist, Ruggedman has said on twitter that anyone that got his or her BVN in 2014 when it was introduced automatically has NIN.
He says those people only need to dial a certain number on their phone to know their NIN and advised them to stay off NIMC offices saying Covid is real.
He made this known in two twitter posts. He wrote;
”WHY SOME NIGERIANS LIKE TO EXPLOIT OTHERS I DONT KNOW.
Get your NIN while you are safely at home: So many Nigerians have NIN and they are unaware. The truth is that everyone that did their BVN when it was introduced in 2014 has NIN automatically assigned to them.
”Just dial *346# with the same number you registered for BVN and retrieve your NIN. Don’t go to NIMC centres to queue, Covid19 is real”, his second tweet read.
