Some dogs were killed after being involved in a motor accident earlier today in Cross River state.
According to reports, the supplier of the dogs blamed the bus driver for over-speeding and said that the dogs were meant for delivery in Calabar South before the incident.
The accident which happened along Atimbo road in Calabar, the state capital, caused a traffic gridlock as the corpses of the dead dogs were evacuated from the road.
