Elderly woman insists she will not return her grandson to his mother who left him at six months old.
An elderly Nigerian woman has insisted that she will not give her grandson to his mother after she left him with her for seven years without checking up on him or being responsible for his welfare.
In the video that has now gone viral, it was revealed that the said mother returned to claim back her son and take him away from the grandmother after leaving him with her at six months old without any prior notice.
The elderly woman in her statement said her deceased son & his wife welcomed their baby 7 years ago. She claimed that one day, her son’s wife told her she wanted to get something outside & that was the last she saw of her
She stated that after years of single-handedly taking care of the boy, his mum has just returned & wants to take him away. She said she has lost her son & also her husband & that the boy is the only family she has, so she cannot for any reason return him.
