According to former DG of the National Human Rights Commission NHRC, Chidi Odinkalu, Maj. General Idris Alkali, a former Chief of Administration of the Nigerian Army, has reportedly being missing since on the 3rd or 4th of September. Odinkalu, says he might have been kidnapped.
