Former Manchester United player Bobby Power has passed away at the age of 40 after battling pancreatic cancer
Just two weeks prior to his death, he married his childhood sweetheart, Jemma Power-Bliss, surrounded by loved ones on Valentine’s Day.
Bobby, who was a youth player at Manchester United in the 1990s, gained recognition not only for his football career but also as a motivational fitness guru on social media. He also featured in the football film ‘There’s Only One Jimmy Grimble’ in 2000.
Described as a beautiful and special occasion, Bobby’s wedding to Jemma came on short notice before his health took a severe turn due to pancreatic cancer.
Despite his declining health, Bobby continued to fight and was determined to find a cure, especially for the sake of his three daughters.
In the midst of his battle with cancer, Bobby’s physical appearance changed significantly, but his spirit remained resilient.
Known for his outgoing and sociable nature, he touched the lives of many with his positive energy and willingness to help others, both physically and mentally.
Bobby’s passing is mourned by his family, friends, and fans, who remember him not only as a talented footballer but also as a kind-hearted individual who left a lasting impact on those around him.
