Femi Fani-Kayode has said that he will no longer answer to the name Yoruba or refer to the people of the South West as Yorubas.
According to him, the name Yoruba was derived from the Hausa Fulani word ”Yariba” which means deceitful, shady, treacherous and double-dealing bastards.
