Fire has gutted a World Bank project in Damaturu, Yobe state
The Damaturu, Yobe State coordination office of the Multi-Sectoral Crisis Recovery Project, (MCRP), a World Bank assisted program, has been gutted by fire.
According to eyewitnesses, the fire broke out at the office located along Potiskum Road at about 12:40 pm on Sunday.
It took the efforts of fire fighters from Yobe State Fire Service to quench the raging fire.
