FiveΒ inmates have been electrocuted in the Ikoyi prison today Monday December 2nd. Many other inmates injured in the incident are currently receiving medical attention.
A statement releasedΒ by the press officer, Ministry of Interior, Jane Osuji, saysΒ the Minister, Rauf Aregbesola, has ordered an investigation into the incident.
