He wrote: “You see these two men, any day they REALLY and SINCERELY want the insecurity ravaging parts of their two states (Orlu, Orsu, Mbano, Okigwe etc all in Imo) and Lilu, Orsumoghu, Azia, Uburu isi uzo, Mbosi, etc all in Ihiala, Anambra) to end, that is the day it will end.
A bunch of LOCAL criminals with known names and families plus camps, CANNOT operate freely in a particular location for nearly FIVE years, regularly appearing on social media videos WITHOUT COVERING THEIR FACES and the govt wants us to believe they cannot track them?? In a small sized area like our region?? No nah!
Truth is, this may have started from agitation for Biafra where guns were shared to non-state actors supposedly to chase fulani terrorists from our land and fight for an independent biafra nation for us but heavy politics has always been involved and govt hands dey the matter.
For context, a sitting Anambra lawmaker, honorable Okechukwu Okoye representing Aguata 11 constituency – the same constituency where governor Soludo comes from – was kidnapped on 15th May, 2022 amidst disagreement with some stakeholders over his planned 2nd term bid. His captors wasted no time BEH€ADING him and hanging his head on a spike by the roadside. The state police command would later recover his H€ADLESS body along Nnobi Ideani road. Till date, JUSTICE has not been served in his death.
Even Ikenga my two months old son knows honorable Okey death was proudly sponsored, arranged and executed by politicians and their boys and has nothing to do with agitators.
I must not be misunderstood as shielding criminals masquerading as agitators from the insecurity ravaging our region. Not at all. I am just saying we should learn to critically separate the issues and NEVER ignore the devilish role our politicians are playing in all these.
How can a so-called governor be comfortable in his office knowing that a reasonable part of the same people and state he’s in office to govern, are under terrorist occupation despite BILLIONS he has collected as SECURITY VOTES within those period?? This can only happen IF THE INSECURITY IS SERVING A PURPOSE FOR THAT GOVERNOR. We no be mumu nah!!
