A Nigerian man expressed his heartbreak after giving a second chance to a partner who had previously been unfaithful, only to be betrayed once again.
@IbrahimHorlanr1, a user on X, shared his painful experience of infidelity in a post that quickly gained attention.
He wrote, “It’s crazy when you take back a cheat … Good morning. She cheated with her ex… I got to know, I took her back, and she just did again last night.”
Along with his post, he shared an image of the apology note from his partner, where she admitted feeling unworthy of him, despite their seemingly perfect relationship.
In the note, she wrote, “Lately, I noticed that I haven’t loved you the way I should have. You deserve to be LOVED but it hurt that I can’t do that. I will never deny that ‘I loved you’. Taking our relationship to the previous level would be best for each of us. I cherished the moments we shared. You deserve better and you’d get just that ijn.”
