A married teacher spent lunch breaks engaging in sexual acts with a 13-year-old pupil she nicknamed “Babe”, a court heard. The boy said Justine Nelson, 33, had oral sex with him dozens of times after locking the classroom door.
The lad, who cannot be named for legal reasons, told a sex abuse trial: “She was the cool teacher that everyone liked. “If you had a bad day you could talk to her.”
The boy said his two-month relationship with Nelson at Tenaya Middle School, Fresno, California, started with texts.
He said: “She texted I was cute and wanted me to kiss her.“I was shocked. I didn’t know what to do.”
He and Nelson first became intimate when he was 13, he said.
Between second and third period they allegedly had oral sex, the student claims.
He recalled: “We started kissing and she pulled my pants down.”
The pair would allegedly spend their lunch together in her classroom with the door locked.
She even covered for him when he was late for lessons after they had sex, he added.
He said: “I was late to class so she wrote me a pass.”
Nelson’s pet names for him included “boo, honey and babe,” according to a Instagram messages between the two.
