President Muhammadu Buhari will take the final decision on the indictment of suspended former Head of the Intelligence Response Team, Abba Kyari, a Deputy Commissioner of Police.
The Minister of Police Affair, Muhammad Maigari Dingyadi, made this known on Tuesday while featuring as a guest on Channels Television programme ‘Politics Today’.
He explained that after investigations had been concluded recommendations would be sent to the president for approval, leading to him taking a final decision.
