Multiple Award-winning artist and songwriter David Adeleke popularly known as Davido has said that he did not join the protest against SARS.
Recall that Davido disclosed on his Twitter page that he will be meeting with the Inspector General of Police (IGP) over the current happenings in Nigeria. He tweeted some few hours ago saying “I am meeting with the inspector general of police tomorrow at 10 am …. all my colleagues if u can get to Abuja 2moro before 10 am and follow me to the meeting ! It would mean a lot”.

However, during the meeting with the IGP of Nigeria, Davido was asked why he joined the protestors but he told the IGP that he only went there to calm the people down because they are his fans.
