Despite receiving threats from some Nigerians upon hearing that she was visiting the country to promote her friend, Dencia’s Whitenecious cream, the American model, Blac Chyna, didn’t change her plans.
The shopping event was held at singer Dencia’s new Allen, Ikeja store.
Speaking at the ceremony, Dencia said collaborating with Blac Chyna was important to her, as they shared the same vision. She stated, “This collaboration is important to us as women. She has been in the cosmetics industry for years and I have been in it for many years too.”
According to the singer, there was no one that could meet her taste than Blac Chyna, adding that it had been really difficult for women in the cosmetics industry.
Blac Chyna, who was crowded by the guests at the event, said she felt good to visit Nigeria. She stated, “I am having fun. The people are really nice and the food is good. Dencia is a good friend of mine and she knows she is also my sister. I am excited about our partnership.”
