The Independent National Electoral Commission INEC has issued a certificate of return to Osun state governor-elect, Ademola Adeleke.
Adeleke defeated the incumbent governor, Gboyega Oyetola of the APC, and 13 other governorship candidates in the election which was held on Saturday, July 16.
