Actress Ini Edo has responded calmly after rumors surfaced alleging she was involved with Senate President Godswill Akpabio.
The rumors began when popular Instagram page Gistlovers posted photos claiming to show Akpabio’s alleged mistresses, including Ini Edo, hair vendor Wanneka, Hilda Baci, Dakore Egbuson, Nancy Isime, Shontel Nnadi, and others.
Gistlover suggested these celebrities were benefiting from Akpabio’s influence while using their careers to mask the source of their wealth.
Despite the online uproar, Ini Edo appeared unperturbed by the gossip. She shared cheerful photos of herself on Instagram with the caption: “Maintaining steeze and composure and summering at the same time.”
Nevertheless, some social media users flooded her comments, questioning whether the rumors were true.
