Dancer, Lil Smart has taken legal action against singers Naira Marley and Zinoleesky, accusing them of assault and threats to his life.
Two weeks ago, Lil Smart alleged he was attacked and threatened by the duo, sharing disturbing photos and videos on social media to support his claims.
Despite denials from Naira Marley and Zinoleesky, the dancer has now filed a petition, citing repeated instances of bullying.
“This is not the first or third time I’ve experienced this bullying. But I lacked sufficient evidence to take legal action. Now, I thank God I have strong evidence and will do everything in my power to stop this bullying and threat to life,” he stated.
He continued, “With my evidence, I hope they are not too big to be apprehended and face the law. I have submitted my petition and provided my evidence to the authorities. By God’s grace, the law in Nigeria will ensure I get the justice I deserve.”
