A man has been apprehended for swapping real iphone 13 Pro Max with a dummy in Abuja.
The man had walked into the store pretending to want to make a purchase when he made the swap.
The incident happened on Monday, May 30 at Emab plaza, Abuja.
He successfully swapped the phone when he demanded to open the box and see what he was about to purchase.
While asking about the features of the phone, he made an excuse that he wants to step out to make withdrawal so he could purchase it.
But he was unlucky when those who attended to him checked the box of the phone and noticed the original iphone has been swapped.
He was caught by security operatives at the gate when an alarm was immediately raised.
