Reports have it that a man identified as Sesugh Ioryisa Jam has been declared wanted by the police in Gboko local government area of Benue state over an alleged brutal rape and murder of one 20 year old Stella Mnda on Monday.
The police urged members of the public with any tip that can lead to the apprehension of the alleged rapist and murderer to please report to the nearest police station.
