Manchester United’s Spanish Twitter Tries To Put Drake Curse On Barcelona Ahead Of Champions League Clash

Drake curse on footballers

Manchester United’s Spanish Twitter has brilliantly looked to put the infamous “Drake curse” on Barcelona. The Red Devils head to the Nou Camp for the second-leg of their Champions League quarter-final clash, trailing 1-0 following their home defeat.

With desperate times ahead, the account admin resorted to desperate measures – looking to burden Barca with curse of Drake.

The Canadian rapper, 32, has been blamed for slapping a hoodoo on whomever he meets, including a host of sports stars.

And the Spanish account for Manchester United posted a snap of Drake wearing a Barcelona shirt in a bid to shunt the bad luck onto the La Liga giants.

Most recently, Paris Saint-Germain fell foul of the curse, as they suffered their biggest defeat in 19 years after Layvin Kurzawa posed for a photo with the music star.

Both Arsenal and Manchester City have recently felt the wrath of Drake.

The Gunners suffered a massive blow to their top four hopes with a 1-0 defeat at Everton days after Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was seen partying with Drake.

And City’s Sergio Aguero saw his penalty saved by Hugo Lloris in the 1-0 Champions League loss to Tottenham not long after taking a selfie with the rapper.
