The aged grandma recently clocked a new age and most Nigerians who know her celebrated the female icon whose beauty captured the judges through a mere photograph.
Oyelude had applied to be in the Miss Nigeria beauty pageant in the 50s by submitting a photograph of herself. The pageant started as a photo contest back then. Contestants had to submit their photos and finalists were shortlisted to compete in Lagos Island club.
Luckily, Atinuke who was working at UAC then was invited to Lagos to join the rest of the chosen contestants to fight of the crown of the maiden edition of Miss Nigeria beauty pageant.
