Internet sensation, Mompha has demanded an apology from EFCC over alleged libelous publication made against him.
His full statement below…
”DEMAND FOR A RETRACTION AND APOLOGY FOR LIBELOUS PUBLICATION MADE AGAINST ME BY THE EFCC!!!! I have through my lawyers demanded a retraction and apology for the libelous and defamatory publication made against my person by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on the 13th of September 2021. This forms part of the series of other publications and calculated attempt by the EFCC to defame me without due regard for the truth and the correct position of facts. I therefore shall not hesitate to take legal action against the EFCC if they fail to offer a retraction of the publication and tender an apology to me within the next 14 days”
