The mother of 18-year old Barakat Bello who was r.a.p.e.d and murdered in Ibadan, Oyo state has spoken to BBCNewsYoruba about how her young daughter was murdered right in the backyard of their home.
She spoke holding back tears as those around could not stop weeping.
She said they are poor and they have been trying all they can do to make Barakat educated so that she can take care of them in the future, but now her life has been cut short.
