New billionaire girl, Rihanna has been spotted dropping some serious dough while on a shopping spree in New York City Wednesday, the same day Forbes confirmed she is a member of the billionairesβ club.
The βDiamondsβ singer, 33, and her boyfriend, A$AP Rocky, first hit up a hat store called Hat Club in NoHo, where she picked up an accessory for her beau.
The stylish duo were dressed to the nines in fashionable streetwear during their day out.
Rihanna wore a pink furry hat, ripped denim shorts, a tube top and white strappy heels.
Meanwhile, Rocky, 32, opted for an all-black look with a matching cap and stark-white sneakers.
After Rocky bought a poster from a nearby shop, the couple took a break from their shopping trip to eat dinner at a Chinese restaurant called Wo Hop in Chinatown.
While being a billionaire may have its perks β like an unlimited spending spree β it still might not get you your seat of choice at a local Chinese eatery.
It appears the owner of Wo Hop didnβt recognize Rihanna and Rocky, as we hear they told the stars to βeat outsideβ because the restaurantβs downstairs area was βfull.β
It was not the first time the a New York establishment has had a slip-up when meeting the βUmbrellaβ singer. In June, Rihanna was reportedly denied entry into a Brooklyn bar called Barcade because she forgot her ID.
This time, however, the musicians were able to enjoy their meals at Wo Hop β even though they were told where to sit.
Afterwards, they went over to the Maria Tash luxury jewelry store, where they also got some piercings.
