Barely 48-hours after sending Winifred Oyo-Ita on compulsory leave, President Buhari on Friday September 20th, had a closed door meeting with the Acting Head of Civil Service of the Federation, Dr Folashade Yemi-Esan, at the State House, Abuja.
Yemi-Esan took over from Oyo-Ita, who was asked to proceed on indefinite leave to allow the EFCC conclude its investigation on an alleged N3 billion fraud traced to her office.
