Some police officers in Lagos state have been accused of extorting $1000 from some foreign investors who ran into them.
Twitter user @idrisayobello who shared the story online, said the foreign investors were accosted by police officers along Airport road Lagos and were accused of being in Nigeria illegally. The foreigners were allegedly accused of planning to blow up Nigeria and were set free after the parted with $1000.
