Portable attacked and injured at Lagos event

Nigerian street-pop artist Portable has shared disturbing videos on social media showing injuries he sustained during an attack at an event in Lagos.

According to Portable, he and his team were assaulted by a group identified as “Egbon Adugbo” at a celebration in Iju-Ishaga, Lagos State.

The singer claimed his presence and behavior drew unwanted attention, leading to a violent confrontation.

The attackers allegedly inflicted severe injuries, stole expensive jewelry, two iPhones, an ATM card, one of Portable’s cars, and other personal items.

This incident comes after Portable recently celebrated the birth of his first child, Babyluv, on social media.
