Rihanna is renting luxury mansion for an astonishing £330K a month (photos)

Rihanna is shelling out £330,000 to rent the swanky home where Kourtney And Khloe Kardashian stayed while filming their reality series Take The Hamptons, it is claimed.

It is thought the pop star will be staying in the incredible property on a two-acre peninsula in the North Sea hamlet of the Hamptons, from the middle of July until the middle of August this year.

It is believed that jet skis and her own boat – so she can go on a trip out into the Atlantic – are going to be thrown in as part of the deal.

Her broker Dylan Eckhardt told the New York Post a deal has been signed for the star’s month-long stay.

He said: “It checks every box.”

Despite Eckhardt’s claims, an insider close to the pop star, says the deal has not been agreed yet.

It is thought Rihanna will be putting down a £800,00 security deposit for the home, which is spread across 8,900 square feet.

The home has six-and-a-half bathrooms, five bedrooms, a swimming pool, and a private 85-feet long dock.

After leaving the home, it’s said Rihanna will then head off to a home in Malibu until the end of September.

In May Rihanna was named as one of Britain’s richest women – with a fortune of £468million.

A record 150 of the 1,000 wealthiest people in the UK are women, according to the latest edition of the Sunday Times Rich List.

Of those, 25 are billionaires – another all-time high.

Barbadian singer Rihanna, 32, was 48th out of 50 makes it on to the list because she is now based in London.

Her huge wealth is thanks in part to the storming success of her Fenty business brand, which stretches from cosmetics to fashion.

She said in an interview last year: “I never thought I would make this much money, so a number is not going to stop me from working.”
