Matilda Itonyo Mark, a final year student of Law Department in Rivers State University has been stabbed to death in her apartment in Port Harcourt.
According to reports, the 24-year old deceased was said to have been raped and then stabbed by her attackers inside her apartment close to Eagle Island.
Matilda’s body was found dead in her pool of blood.
An ambulance accompanied by security personnel later took the corpse away from the scene.
Meanwhile, the Rivers state Police Command and the Management of the Rivers State University were yet to react to the incident at the time of this report.
