DJ Cuppy has told Davido’s Logistics Manager, Isreal DMW that they would be meeting in court.
This is coming after Isreal claimed the DJ cheated Zlatan Ibile from he profit she made from her Gelato song — a sing she featured Zlatan on.
Writing this on social media, Cuppy wrote; “For the record… There have been no breaches of my contractual agreement regarding the song #Gelato as confirmed by lawyers… However, as @IsrealDMW publicly inaccurately declared I owe an artist money, I am suing him for libel and defamation!”
