Davido’s first baby mama, Sophia Momodu, has filed a 102 – paragraph affidavit in response to Davido’s lawsuit seeking joint custody of their daughter, Imade.
Recall that Davido had filed the lawsuit alleging that Sophia Momodu was denying him access to their child and demanding financial compensation.
However, Sophia’s affidavit presents a different narrative, stating that she and Davido had an affair while also dating Chioma.
She debunked claims of denying Davido access to Imade, asserting that he never tried to see their daughter and abandoned her after she, Sophia refused his s3xual advances.
The legal teams representing Sophia, Dr. Anthony Idigbe SAN of Punuka Attorneys and Dr. Bimpe Ajegbomogun, filed the affidavit.
The next court hearing is scheduled for July 5, 2024.
