Model Gisele Bündchen‘s mother Vânia Nonnenmacher has died
She was 75.
Hospital Moinhos de Vento released a statement confirming that Nonnenmacher died of cancer at the Porto Alegre, Brazil-based hospital on Sunday after being admitted on Friday.
A rep for Bündchen did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment. Bündchen has not yet posted about her mother’s death
In addition to the 43-year-old supermodel, Nonnenmacher is the mother of Bündchen’s five siblings, twin Patricia and sisters Rafaela, Graziela, Gabriela and Raquel.
