A resurfaced throwback post has revealed a past feud between Nigerian singer Davido and Nollywood actress Mercy Johnson Okojie and her husband, Prince Odi Okojie
The exchange began when Eniola Badmus congratulated Mercy Johnson on the birth of her fourth child, and Davido took the opportunity to express his disdain for the couple, calling them “wicked people” and accusing them of having “evil” traits.
When questioned by a fan about the reason behind his harsh comment, Davido simply replied, “Just evil set of people,” leaving many wondering about the underlying issue.
The feud allegedly started when Davido failed to attend the grand opening of the Okojies’ luxury hotel, Henod Luxury Hotels, despite announcing his presence on Instagram.
His no-show led to disappointment and reportedly prompted the Okojies to take legal action against Davido for breach of agreement.
