A student of the University of Port Harcourt has taken to his Twitter handle to share his unpleasant experience with men of the Nigeria Police Force in Port Harcourt, Rivers state yesterday October 23rd.
Ray Okaah in a series of tweets, recounted how he was allegedly arrested by the policemen who held him for several hours and took his money without any reason.
