Police last Friday, arrested three Chinese men after they attacked a 26-year-old woman and damaged her car with tools on Veng Sreng Street, Sangkat Chom Chao, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
Before the incident, the victim was driving her car with another Cambodian woman and were on their way to a cafe. When she got out of the car, the suspects took tools to attack the victim, causing her serious injuries and damaging her car.
After attacking the victim, the suspects drove their car and escaped. Police chased the suspects and arrested them, with the evidence, in front of Phnom Penh International Airport.
According to the report, the victim used to work for one of the Chinese suspects named Jo Philip. He threatened to rape her, but he was unable to follow through with the threat.
After his threats, the victim filed a complaint to the police, which angered Jo Philip even more, so he fired her.
On the day of the attack, the suspect and his crew went to attack the victim and damage her car to get revenge.
After the incident, the suspects, with the evidence, were taken to the police station for questioning and the victim was sent to the hospital to treat her injuries.
