This is quite disheartening. Residents of Port-Harcourt, Rivers state capital were left shocked after discovering a new born baby who was abandoned by the roadside.
The baby was packaged in a carton and dumped at the front of Mile 3 market in the metropolis..
Residents and passersby who saw the baby – reportedly alerted the authorities to the situation.
