Lil Nas X has been charged with four felonies after allegedly injuring officers when he was found nvked on Ventura Boulevard last week
He has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
The Los Angeles Police department had said the βOld Town Roadβ rapper, whose legal name is Montero Lamar Hill, charged at officers when they approached him in the early hours of last Thursday. It came after officers said they received reports of a nvde man in the area.
A law enforcement source told NBC News that Hill punched an officer in the face twice and that it was unclear whether he was in mental distress or experiencing an overdose.
Hill was taken to the hospital at the time and arrested for battery on a police officer.
Court documents filed Monday in Los Angeles County Superior Court show Hill is now facing three counts of battery on a police officer and one count of resisting arrest.
