ASP Nuhu Usman Collapses In Court.

ASP Nuhu Usman(aka OGBEGBE)and other 4 defendants were in Delta State High Court on Tuesday 6th October,2026 as the case of alleged extrajudicial k!lling of Oghenemine Ogidi at Effurun months ago was opened.

The Court was intense as prosecution open its case against 5 defendants over the alleged de@th of Oghenemine Ogidi.

ASP Nuhu Usman who is the 1st defendant admitted to shooting Oghenemine Ogidi out of anger

Other 4 defendants told investigators that ASP Nuhu Usman shot Oghenemine Ogidi unprovoked even after the intervention of the Area Commander,

Another witness told the court that his colleagues had the chance to stop him from shooting Oghenemine at the park when his riffle failed and he dismantled and reassembled his riffle before shooting the young boy.

ASP Nuhu Usman reportedly collapsed in Court and he was revived before proceeding continued.

Defense will commence its case on 21st October.

The case was adjourned to 21st of October, 2026.
