Anthony Joshua and Andy Ruiz jr fight was one of the most anticipated in boxing and AJ regained his title, becoming a two time world heavyweight champion.
Andy Ruiz jr who defeated Joshua in New York earlier this year has lost the title to Anthony Joshua in their rematch on Friday night in Saudi Arabia.
The Mexican Ruiz wants more of Joshua in the future, despite being outclassed in their re-match.
“I want to do it again. I came in a bit heavy and if we do the third fight I am going to come in in the best shape.
I got boxed. But I want to do it again. Thank you to everyone in Saudi Arabia. Who wants to see the third trilogy fight?”
Ruiz, you’must have noticed came in rather overweight for this fight – 15lbs heavier than he did for their first fight in New York.
He took to his social media page to address his loss and this is what he said;
all my supporters, all my fans, all my loved ones, i’m sorry i let you guys down.
I know we didn’t get this victory but it was a learning experience
