According to a report by the Cinema Exhibitors Association of Nigeria (CEAN) published on July 5, 2024, “Bad Boys: Ride or Die” maintained its top spot at the box office from June 28 to July 4, 2024, since its release on June 7, 2024
The film earned ₦46.7 million during this period, increasing its total gross to ₦334 million.
Lupita Nyong’o’s new film “Quiet Place: Day One” came in second with ₦40.9 million, closely followed by “Lakatabu” at ₦40.1 million.
“Lakatabu,” an indigenous Nollywood epic produced and written by Odunlade Adekola, has grossed ₦105.1 million since its release. The film features Oga Bello, Aderinoye Babatunde, Adunni Ade, Bolanle Ninalowo, Eniola Ajao, and Yomi Fash-Lanso.
