Controversial reality TV star DeeOne has clarified why he frequently calls out his colleagues on social media.
In an interview with The Punch, the comedian explained that his criticisms are aimed at correcting misleading narratives that some celebrities promote online..
“I don’t hold grudges against my colleagues,” DeeOne stated. “I only address issues that are already public. I don’t delve into their private affairs.” He specifically referenced Kiddwaya’s recent claim of losing 70,000 Euros during a robbery in Ibiza, Spain.
According to DeeOne, such claims by celebrities are often exaggerated to maintain relevance and mislead fans. “How can someone claim to lose 70,000 euros? It’s just ridiculous,” he commented. “They use these stories as marketing strategies to stay in the limelight.”
He emphasized that he aims to correct public perceptions rather than accuse his colleagues directly. “I highlight the illogical aspects of their statements,” DeeOne concluded. “They portray fake narratives and fake lives, which can mislead many people.”
