At just 31 years old, Fabian Hürzeler has become the youngest manager to win the Premier League Manager of the Month award, claiming the honor for August after a stellar debut month in charge of Brighton.
Leading the team to an unbeaten start, Hürzeler secured victories over Everton and Manchester United, as well as a draw against Arsenal, earning seven points from three games.
He surpassed seasoned managers Pep Guardiola and Arne Slot, who also had perfect starts to the season.
Hürzeler humbly accepted the award, crediting the entire club, staff, and players for their collective effort, stating, “It’s not only my work… it’s the work from the whole club… our togetherness that has won this trophy.”
